Tutankhamun (1343-1325 BC), Egyptian pharaoh of the 18th Dynasty, the son-in-law of Pharaoh Akhenaton, whom he succeeded at age nine. He ruled as pharaoh until his death at about age 18. Three of the pictures show King Tut with his wife, Ankhesenamun. She is a Royal Princess, the third daughter born to the Pharaoh Akhenaton and Queen Nefertiti. Her birth name was Ankhesenpaaten (ANKHES-en-pa-aten / Living Through the Aten). To learn more about Queen Ankhesenamun, please visit:
