Notice: March 2000 - We have experienced server problems from January to the present. As of March 22, 2000, we can receive emails, but cannot reply to them. If you are concerned about your order, please call us at 1 (800) 379-2212 or (814) 353-0531 to inquire. We regret any inconvenience. Heck, we don't like it either.

Notice: March 22, 2000 - In the past, orders have taken up to 6 weeks to arrive. Earlier this month, we contracted with an outside company to handle all of our shipping. This means that we will not ship directly from us to you, but rather through a third party. We expect for this to mean your order will arrive within the week. The postal information to the right applies to customers who purchased prior to the change. We intend to institute a new tracking arrangement and to have all order information online (secure environment as always).

Refund Policy:

• Pharaonic Arts guarantees satisfaction or your money back. If you order an item and do not receive it within the 4-to-6-week shipping period, you may request a full refund, provided you return the item(s) once they reach you.

• If you are unsatisfied with any or all of the items you receive, let us know immediately. You are entitled to a full refund. If you choose, we will replace the items at no charge to you.

• This 100% satisfaction promise cannot be revoked or altered by any representative of Pharaonic Arts, Pharaonic Arts of Egypt, Pharaonic Arts - Heliopolis or Pharaonic Arts - USA, without the written approval of one of the Signatory Partners of Pharaonic Arts.
